The Integrar IoT platform employs a hybrid cloud-edge architecture purpose-built for industrial energy management. At the edge, lightweight gateway instances run on Kubernetes-optimized hardware, collecting telemetry from thousands of sensors with sub-5ms control loop execution. Data is normalized, filtered, and compressed locally before syncing to the cloud via encrypted streams.

In the cloud, the platform horizontally scales across multi-region Kubernetes clusters, ingesting data streams through Apache Kafka and processing them through a pipeline of stream processors, ML inference engines, and digital twin simulation workers. This architecture supports everything from single-building deployments to global portfolios spanning hundreds of facilities across multiple continents.
